Zesty Jalapeno Snack Seasoning
This is AWESOME for making your own flavored snacks like crackers, nuts, cereal, popcorn and anything you else you can think of!!!!!
Here's a bonus recipe:
BEEF FAJITAS
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Coyote Country Seasonings Zesty Jalapeno Snack Seasoning Mix
4 Tbs. Olive oil
1 Lime juiced (no seeds)
1½-2 lbs. Beef flank steak, cut into ½” strips
1 Red Bell Pepper cut in strips
1 Green Bell Pepper cut in strips
1 Onion cut into strips
8-8 inch Flour tortillas, warmed
Toppings if desired: Sour Cream, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo.
Directions:
Combine seasoning mix, oil and lime juice. Sauté steak strips in mixture. Add peppers and onion. Cook until done (about 10 minutes).
Fill tortillas with mixture and fillings. Serves 4.
